This agreement explains how a creation can be shared with the Idea2Joy community. We use simple words so everyone can understand.
1. Who Is Involved
- Creator: The child who helped inspire the creation
- Parent / Guardian: The adult responsible for the creator
- Idea2Joy: The kid-owned creative studio that makes and sells creations
2. Who Owns the Idea?
- The Creator owns their original idea or drawing
- Idea2Joy owns the final creation design files and production process
3. Permission to Share
By signing this agreement, the Parent/Guardian gives Idea2Joy permission to:
- Make copies of the creation
- Sell the creation on the Idea2Joy website
- Show pictures of the creation online or at events
This permission is not exclusive. The Creator can still enjoy and talk about their idea.
4. Credit to the Creator
- Idea2Joy will credit the Creator using first name, nickname, or initials only
- No last names or personal details will be shared
5. Rewards
Idea2Joy will provide one or more of the following (explained clearly in advance):
- Gift cards

Rewards are managed by the Parent/Guardian.
6. Safety & Respect

Idea2Joy may stop selling a product if safety or legal concerns arise.
